• Required: Name, email, phone number, country of residence, business purpose
• During incorporation: Passport copy, proof of address, shareholder/director information (as required by government authorities)
• Automatically collected: IP address, cookies, browser information, pages visited, referral source (with analytics consent)

2. Purpose of Collection

• Providing incorporation, banking, and accounting services, and customer support
• KYC data transfer to fintech partners and government agencies for processing
• Anonymous analytics for service improvement (with analytics cookie consent)
• Marketing communications (with separate opt-in consent)

3. Retention Period

Data is retained for the period required by applicable laws (e.g., 5 years under e-commerce regulations, 3 months under telecommunications privacy laws) and then destroyed. Leads without a signed contract are retained for 1 year from the date of collection.

• Statrys / Aspire / Currenxie (HK/SG) — Fintech account opening (with KYC consent)
• Google (US) — Analytics (with analytics cookie consent)

International transfers are involved. You have the right to refuse consent; however, some services may be limited if consent is withheld.
